HYBRID/EITY is the first collaborative exhibition by emerging artists Peter Bloor and Nikeeta Arthur, which seeks to interrogate philosophical musings on the liberating potential of post-humanist discourse.

In an attempt to subvert the world of the post-human subject, which so often fails to acknowledge the abusive economic systems and throw-away-culture within which technological elements are produced and consumed, abandoned and outdated tech is re-connected and re-animated with fleshy-tumours and imprinted hardware.

Far from the liberated subject of a world free from modernity’s structures of oppression, HYBRID/EITY brings posthuman discourse to life in all of its grotesque glory.
