Second Skin

Second Skin reinterprets the traditional materiality of memorial culture, exploring alternative means to express grief and trauma. Marble, plaster, textiles and pigments are combined, dipped, ground and broken in creating a range of objects and paintings that challenge expectations. The intention is to evoke a visceral experience for the viewer.
