How Do Our Ancestors Witness? 

How Do Our Ancestors Witness?’ is an obsessive, intuitive and ritual act of defiance. Employing speculative strategies of making through stitching, painting, sculpting and weaving metal chains, the work embodies portals through which one may enter and exit. Moving across ancestral worlds and unsuspecting materials, the installation asks the viewer to be both the witness and the witnessed of the ghosts of my ancestors.
